Chorus Vision and Values

Stampede City Mixed Choir Vision:

We are where acappella meets happy.

Our Mission:

To spread the joy of song and help our community.

Our Values:

  1. Fun: great harmony starts when friends are having fun together.  This fun becomes even more infectious when shared with our audience.
  2. Singing: Every week we want to sing better than last time but we also recognize that it can be overwhelming for new members. Thus, we encourage every singer to learn what they can at the rate that matches their personal life schedules.
  3. Community: We are a community of singers who want to share joy through song; with each other and in the community around us, wherever that may be. As a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society, some in our chorus also sing and volunteer their time with our parent organization so that we are able to sing familiar songs with others anywhere in the world.
  4. Outreach: We are a community and we love to sing everywhere in our community. We sing as a full chorus, as small groups, and even as traditional barbershop quartets. We love to spread joy through song. We are a non-profit and like helping other non-profits whenever we can.
